Special: Jordan Love Recalls the Moment When He First Held His Daughter

Some victories happen on the field, and then some moments change a person forever. For Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, no touchdown pass or game-winning drive could compare to the feeling of becoming a father for the first time.
Jordan Love shared one of the emotional moments of his life- the instant he first saw his newborn daughter, Rayna Capri. During an interview posted on YouTube by the Green Bay Packers channel, he shared how fatherhood has changed his life.
"It was amazing," said Love, recalling the moment. "Just being in the hospital, we were there for about two days... It was one of those very special life-changing moments of just seeing your daughter for the first time."
Love and his wife, Ronika Stone, welcomed their first child in May 2026. Love, who has handled immense pressure on the field, admitted that nothing could have prepared him for that first interaction with his daughter.

This experience shifted his priorities and gave him a different outlook on life beyond football.
While he remains focused on preparing for the upcoming NFL season, Love has welcomed the responsibilities that come with being a first-time dad.
The QB is now participating in the OTAs, using the sessions to build on-field chemistry with the team.
During the open OTA sessions at Clarke Hinkle Field, he has connected with key offensive targets in drills and red-zone situations, as per ESPN.
However, Love also further opened up about Josh Jacobs' arrest.
Jordan Love Breaks Silence on the Josh Jacobs' Situation
Jordan Love addressed the ongoing situation, making it clear that the team is allowing the legal process to run while continuing to support the veteran running back.
"Everyone knows what the situation is there," said Love to the reporters. "We've talked, obviously the details are, we're keeping that under wraps right now just out of respect for the situation, and obviously all the legal stuff going to play out."
The conversations have taken place internally, but they declined to reveal specific details. Jacobs was arrested on May 26 on several charges stemming from a May 23 incident.
Rather than focusing on judgment, Love mentioned, it was "great to have Josh with us" as the team continues with OTAs. For now, Jacobs remains part of OTAs while the franchise and players wait for more clarity.
