Actor Belmont Cameli revealed his 'insufferable' Chicago Bears fandom during Sunday Night Football. The Off-Campus star admitted his sports fanhood defines his personality.

On NBC's Sunday Night Football, actor Cameli openly discussed his Bears fandom. Fans did not expect someone from the entertainment world to speak so passionately about Chicago football and the franchise's future heading into the upcoming NFL season.

"I'm insufferable about Chicago sports. I talk about it all the time," said Belmont Cameli on his Chicago Sports Fandom. "It's like my whole personality."

Belmont Cameli is starring as Garrett Graham in the romantic drama series, along with costar Ella Bright as Hannah Wells, created by Louisa Levy for Amazon Prime Video. It is based on Elle Kennedy's Off-Campus book series.

All eight episodes of the first season premiered on May 13, 2026. Belmont Cameli plays the captain of the Briar University hockey team.

Cameli mentioned on the MLB Network Radio, "Chicago sports are a huge part of my identity. If you talk to me for five minutes, you'll hear me mention one of my teams." He grew up as a devoted Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears fan.

Being an MLB fan as well, the star even turned down an opportunity to throw out the first pitch for the Cubs in 2026 as he stays true to South Side baseball loyalties.

However, the Chicago Bears are now all geared up for the start of OTAs this week at Halas Hall, for their minicamp under head coach Ben Johnson.

The NBA star Dwayne Wade has also represented Chicago sports pride, while Tim Duncan once delayed a team flight to finish watching a Bears playoff game. This loyalty highlights the deep bond between the city's stars and the team.

Olympic star Simone Biles has appeared at a Bears game supporting her husband, Jonathan Owens.

The team continues to gain new supporters across the entertainment industry. The fandom is what keeps the Bears among the NFL's most well-known brands.
